Got to get back on grack for 2014. Christmas was a bit of a bitch because I've put 4 lbs on argh! But it was great to relax and enjoy the lovely company of family.
I've drawn up a bit of a punishing exercise schedule (see the pic). Hopefully I can stick to it because things are going to be getting very busy at work, but so far so good. Also back on the my fitness pal app because I must admit it did work when I logged my food intake last year. Once I stopped doing that the weight loss slowed to a crawl. I hired at personal trainer, but he quit the gym before christmas haha so I need to find another one I guess. Maybe he thought I was too much to handle?
I've got consultant apoointment again on 17th February and she's looking for a significant weight loss. I'm just hoping I can loose the weight I gained since I last saw her, plus a bit extra.
